Isaac and his team did a great job replacing my old HVAC unit with a new system and thermostat. Prior to installing the system he performed a site visit, took measurements, research the best type of unit to replace the old one. He also provided some tips on what we needed to do to maintain our new system. I would highly recommend ITB for your HVAC needs and maintenance.

Isaac replaced my old smart thermostat, that was not keeping my heat or air at an accurate temperature, with a regular one and explained how to set it. Because of the size of the new one my wall needed to be repaired, which he did and cleaned up the area once he was done. Work was done in a timely manner. I was pleased with the work done.

Would absolutely recommend ITB! They installed two units in our office and helped coordinate with the electrician and roofer. Isaac was very thorough and knowledgeable, and helped us decide what we really needed. They are easy to work with and very flexible!

After contacting ITB I was given an accurate diagnosis of my situation. I had many questions in which they were glad to take the time answer and help me make a clear decision with full understanding. ITB has taken care of our home the last several years including maintenance on an old system, a new system install, addressing issues that have come up with another old system (we have two systems). This company is great. They quickly came out and diagnosed the problem. They constantly called the home warranty company to facilitate the repairs. Once the parts arrived they quickly installed them. The repair person, Isaac, was exceedingly knowledgeable and highly professional.
